RDA (NSW) Coaches

The RDA (NSW) Coaching and Safety Panel (CASP) oversee the training and assessment of Coaches who are qualified under the RDA (NSW) Registered Training Organization (RTO) in specific disciplines. Their training includes horse mastership, safety, and medical knowledge, First Aid, coaching, selection and training of horses. Coaches receive certificates based on their level of training such as Assistant Coach, Coach, Senior Coach or Assessor. First Aid qualifications are updated every three years, whilst Coaching qualifications must be maintained by regular attendance at workshops and ongoing education and renewed every four years.
